Consumer Redressal

I have entered 2 years service contract with IFB Industries for my washing machine. THey are not providing me the service even though I informed to their headquarters. Due to this I am facing lot of problem which leads to our health problems also. 1 month back registered a complaint and it took 15 days to rectify the problem. After that I registered a complaint again on 26/10/2014 for malfunctioning with machine and they have not contacted or visited till today. I want compensation against their service for problem I faced and harassment.
