Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam This is to bring to your kind notice that we have purchased a Luminoius inverter with a tubular battery (Model No:sine wave 875) vide from Amrit Electronics, Gurgaon a month before. After the purchasing, it is not working properly. We have made the complaint in the customer care many times, (complaints no. are- 41810, 14735, 23922, 61511). After registering the complaints so many times we are following the service centre and customer care, but still the problem has not been sorted out. Its totally the harassment of the customer that no service is being provided to us. We are very disappointed with the product and the company.We didn\'t face any problem with the services and product. This is our first experience with Luminous product and company. We are not going to suggest anyone to go for Luminous Products. If our problem is not being sorted out we are going to lodge a complaint against it in the Consumer Court.
