Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a Titan Watch from Just In time (Authorised shop for branded watches) Irla branch for rs. 6400 on 02nd September 2014.
To my surprise watch stopped working in 6 days of purchase and also the leather belt got torn. I went to the shop to replace the watch as they said that it will get replaced as it was purchased just 14 days back. They gave me a service bill numbered 2267 on 17/9/2014 and promised me that they will replace it within 10 days and maximum of 15 days if at all government holiday fall in between.
Since then it is almost 45 days now and just in time staff has been just fooling me that watch will come in 2 days and that 2 days have not yet come. They spoiled my Diwali also as I took this watch for Diwali. Even till today the watch has not come.
Today I asked them for refund of my money, and they are saying that they will not refund money.
I seek ur assistance.
Please do the needful.
