I had purchased Micromax Bolt 0A75 on 30.6.2014 for Rs.5990/-. from Tarash Overseas Pvt.Ltd. (Home Shop18) From the day one itself phones battery was not working properly.It gets drained in one hour. I have visited many times to the micromax service centre & complained about it.They keep the phone for many days & return it with no solution to the problem.Lastly they have changed the hardware of the phone but the problem still persist.Moreover now the phone does not recognize any sim cards. Whenever I put any sim card it only allows me to do emergency calls.Whereas the same sim card works perfectly in other phone. Also sending again & again to the service centre has resulted into many scratches on the phone. Please help me as I have put my hard earned money for purchasing this phone. Either the company should return my money back or exchange it with a new brand piece. Hoping for a positive reply.
