Consumer Redressal

Dear Team, I purchased one micromax mobile on 14.10.2014 from amazon.com. I requested several time for the delivery (Order #:402-5375091-1013905 ) before Diwali but amazon team is responding very diplomatically with false assurance to customers but without any action. Also the tracking number (AW002349403IN )is wrong and cannot be tracked any item in India post. 29.10.2014 was the last day for the deliver and in mail communication the customer care team committed for the full refund if it is not delivered on time. But when I contacted the customer care team they are telling there will be no refund. This is just disgusting and ridiculous. I want full refund of my money and also my precious time.Kindly take some step so that amazon don\'t do these types of ridiculous games with the valuable time of customer.
