I had purchased Havells Water Heater last year in Nov.
It is not even 1 yrs and thr is something wrong with the product and it has stopped heating and I have a given a complain (No. 210271) on 21th Oct 2014 and its been 10 days now, nothing has been done till now.
Everyday I have been following and they are saying it will be done today. Pathetic service be Havells !!!!!
Whats the point in buying your product and also whats the point in your Warranty.
Very Poor Services.
