Consumer Redressal

Sir/madam I am using a MTS mobile number(8641904637) but from few month back it started to activate few useless services (like FM gold-activated more than 15 times, Facebook notification-2nd time) without informing me, and also without any activation or money deduction notifications and as Manny time I contacted with them they promised me that it will be never active again, but again the thing happened. Most of the time they never refund my balance back. I am frasted by the matter, today again they deduct rs -15 without my knowledge saying it as renewal churg haven\'t returned any balance. so I am writing the matter to you with a lot of hope and expecting and I am shore that lot of other customers are also suffering from the matter.
