hi sir/madam,
i have ordered huawei honor holly mobile on flipkart.com but after getting bad reviews from my friends i cancelled that order and bought moto g from flipkart.even though i have cancelled my order it was showing the status in myflipkart account as deliverd and also i did not get my refund money(7000rs).i have talked to the customer care multiple times but there is no use,they will always ask to wait.I am not asking them to give my money in this instinct,i know it will take sometime but atleast i want a cnfirmation from them that i did not took the product.i called them on 23rd,24th,27th,31st october
