Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I had ordered for men\'s wool blazer (order no: 21943503)from Shopclues.com on 05-Oct-2014.The product which was delivered to me was different from the one displayed on the website. The collar of the delivered product was of different style and it had an ugly \'joint-mark\' on one side. I requested them for return of the product and refund of the money. The return request was approved by them within 14-Oct-2014. However, no pick-up man had come yet. I had written to them and called them several times but they did not give positive response. They are supposed to refund the money immediately or by a maximum duration of 2 weeks as their policy says. They are simply not working on it. It\'s already over 16 days since the request was approved but still they are not bothered to do anything. Neither can I use the wrong product, nor can I buy a second one as my money is with them.
