I have booked a cosmetic product from Nykaa.com order id - 100132284 on 20th october, 2014 but till date I have not received the product though the amount of Rs. 1,519 has been deducted from my account. I am trying to contact them over phone but unable to reach sent mail but did not get any response from their end. Please help.
