I had placed an order in rediff shopping on 9th October 2014 with order ID 10526144. I have made full advance payment by net banking. But till today the product has not been dispatched. I have sent dozens of mails to rediff customer care and spoken on phone also with them but they have not able to tell me why they are not dispatching the item.
