Sir, I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy Core 2 4GB Phone White from snapdeal on 12-10-2014.my order id is 3143466161.I paid the bill from my CREDIT card.My order was supposed to get delivered on 13-10-14.But my product has not yet even shipped from their warehouse. I have already contacted the customer care in snapdeal several times and filed a complaint also.My complaint ID is 10901589. Even my complaint has registered no response has yet seen.kindly do the necessity measures as soon as possible. ARDHENDU DUTTA
