Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I have booked sofa cum bed, two chairs with storage, from Instyle Interiors,Unit No 3, NH No8, Near Vasai Bridge Naigaon East Tal Vasai Dist Thane, on 14th Sep 2014, at their exhibition held at Goregaon for Rs 35,000/- includig tax and VAT. I made advance payment for Rs 10,000/- through credit card and booked my Unit, and I was given assurance that within 3 to 4 weeks i will get my above units delivery. I have been given the bill but of some company called INSTYLE INTERIORS . Since last 2 months I am taking continuous follow-up with Mr Dinesh, Mr Rahul,Mr Chirag, and Paul, but nobody is responding and not even bothered to address the issue. This is the clear case of cheating. Such company should be black listed by all and i am going to ensure that they will not able to participate in any exhibition so that poor customer will not get cheated.. Regards MEENA BHATIA
