Consumer Redressal

I have been an employee of Accenture and left the company in July 2011. Then i Joined ADM Agro Industries India(P) ltd. and submitted the form for transfer of PF Amount. I left ADM in February 2012. I submitted the PF withdrawal form to ADM HR office which subsequently they submitted to Gurgaon PF office. My claim was settled but the PF settlement amount was for only ADM and on enquiring about the Accenture PF amount, the ADM HR said that \"Accenture amount has not yet entered in their account\'. However the PF website relating to Accenture PF A/c status clearly shows that \"Claim form 13 for account transfer Against Member a/c no (MHBAN00456650000084435) has been settled\" The PF website relating to ADM PF A/c status shows that \"GN/GGN/0031558/000/0000171 - Your account has been setteled\'.But PF amount settled is Rs 57394.00. PF office & ADM HR is saying that PF settlement is done but amount does not consist share of accenture whereas PF site says amount has been transferred
