Consumer Redressal

I ordered a ASUS Zenfone on Bllion Day 06-OCT-2014 for Rs.8999 at FLIPKART.COM with order # OD000942953945563400. was promised to be delivered by 13-Oct-2014. hence the products ordered on 6th would be delivered lately. The next promised delivery date was 20-Oct-2014. But since nothing moved. I repeatedly called Flipkart on the status of my Product Transit and they asked me to wait. Finally on 23-Oct-2014, I asked them to escalate my issue and they promised that it would be resolved within Oct-24. But all of a sudden, yesterday, i.e, 29-10-2014, I got a mail from Flipkart saying that my order is cancelled and my money would be refunded back. I called Flipkart today and they said they can\'t re-process my order as the Product is not available for the same price. Bloody Buggers they wasted my time I have called them atleast 50times as I need to GIFT it to my beloved ones. My amt would be credited on 7-Nov. I have told them to reinitiate the process but nothing. I dont buy nor i recommend.
