I have a Vodafone Mobile postpaid Connection. My mobile no is 9831527050. On the bill dated 6th October, 2014 they have charged Rs. 178/- extra for some third party application downloads which to the best of my knowledge I\'ve not downloaded. According to my bill plan I\'m entitled to use 750MB of data for browsing uploads & downloads whose usage during the said bill period was well within the limit. On my repeated pledge to the concerned department, they have declined to reverse this additional charges nor could they give any proof of my consent for the said application downloads which they have charged. Hence I plead to this forum to kindly listen to my prayers and bring justice to me.
