Consumer Redressal

I am working for KK it elements owned by Mr.Kishlay kr Sahay from mid of June.they are basically trading company n have only two employees. They had given my June and July month salary on partially basis, and I have not received salary of August month till now,he had promise me to give in month and now he is saying November end again.and he also not giving me any documents required, and because of that I am not able to join any other organisation.I am suffering allot because of this man.and he also not paid salary of second individual also.I request you to please help me out in this matter
