My Self Mahesh Ashok Takavale I have Port My No. 9870132845 From Loop Mobile to Idea in This month. while Porting i requested to company executive for Postpaid Plan Idea 125 but on online portal (Even Customer care Executive ) Confirm that my Plan is Idea 199 which i never requested even inquired.I have complaint against this by phone Toll Free No. 198 & 12345 on that i have told it will sort out till 25/10/2014 ( I Complained On 17/10/2014) but still there is no change.
I Have ported two more no. with my this no.
1) 9870361232 & 2) 9870039688
So I requested Please change my all Nos Plan to Idea 125 as early as possible.
