Consumer Redressal

I have ordered table mate folding table from shopclues on Oct 6 2014. They delivered it on Oct 9 2014. Since the part is damaged I have ordered for replacement. They took back the part but never replaced it till now. Order no: 22049423; Return order: 492019. Another order Number:22051961 was placed on Oct 6th in ShopClues.They delivered very late on Oct 17th. Since this part is also damaged I have raised a refund request. Return Number: 494517. so far this is also not refunded. In total there is no transparency in the process. After many attempts when I got customer care online they told they will sort out this. They mailed me. But I just got the ticket number 1257597 from them that it has been logged. Till now no information about my orders.
