I have purchased one Mobile set of Micromax A-106 on 9th Sept,14 costing Rs 6600/.
Set started given problem in next couple of days which was resolved by the shop keeper.
After couple of days I tried to take snap but Camera was not working at all, shop keeper told us to visit service centre on 22nd Sept ,they informed us it is a problem of software so they relaoded the same. But after couple of days it again given problem we again approached the service centre on 1st Oct,14 they told us we have to send back your set to factory & will be abck to you in 15 days time.
On 16thOct we again approached the service centre they informed us still it has not come from factory please visit us after 23rd Oct.
We visited today on 28thOct & got the same reply your set yet to come from factory please come after 6th Nov.
We have spent a good amount but still with out any mobile with us.
Details of my set NMX =A 106, IMEI 911391305989239, INVOICE NO 1112 Dated 9/9/14.
