Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform that I, Sanjay Singhania,have purchased an HTC Desire 700 from Mobility World, Lake town on 18/05/2014 (copy of invoice attached).
On 28/09/2014 my handset became blank.
On 29/09/2014 I have sent /deposited my handset for repairing to TVSE Electronics Ltd. Shop no. 218 &219 Emall, 2nd floor, kolkata 700072.(copy of Ticket enclosed)
Now on my several visits to service centre every time i am getting standard reply that PARTS NOT AVAILABLE and TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE NO. 18002663566.
On call to Customer care no., getting a recorded message that Your call is important to us and will be answered shortly and this continues for more than half an hour.
Thus it is impossible to continue a call for more than half an hour.
Now I don\'t want my set but refund along with interest thereon till date.
Waiting for a favourable response.
