Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, I placed an order for Jeans from whaaky.com (Way2online Retail Private Limited No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road,Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016)on 2014-10-26 09:52:45(Order ID :S80636472 Payment Mode : DEBITCARD). The amount for the order was Rs.1099 which was immediately deducted from my Debit Card after the order was placed. Afterward I received an e-mail from the company saying that my order was confirmed. However, on the next day I again received another e-mail from you saying that I have placed the order from a non serviceable area and therefore the shipment has been cancelled. They cancelled my order but did not refund the money deducted from my account. Therefore I request you to take necessary action against such fraudulent company and also to compensate for my lost of money and time.
