I had placed an order for \'Excellent combo-Mini kids scooter along with children educational learning Laptop\' with HomeShop 18 on 27-Sep-2014 with an online payment of Rs.1429. I received a confirmation with the order number 954372985 and an SMS that I would receive the product in 4 working days. But when it was delivered on 30th Sep, we found only the laptop in the package but not the scooter. When I called up Homeshop 18 on 18001800918 immediately and made this point clear, I was given a complaint number 113629395 and was assured that the scooter would be delivered on 10th of October. Another SMS with the message that partial replacement of my order is being processed under ref no. 955709043 was sent out on 13th of October. Unfortunately we have not received this product (Kids mini scooter) till today-27th Oct (1 month). A fresh complaint no. 115714605 has also been issued on 21st October. Trying to reach them on phone or mail has not helped.
