Order LED Micromax TV from Snapdeal and received the television on 18.10.2014. The television received was in a broken condition. I immediately complained with snapdeal and send them pictures of the LED. There has been no reponse from snapdeal regarding the pick up. I have been calling them on daily basis and written them numerous mails. I have received vague mails from snapdeal that the product has not been delivered or the coriour company has informed them that I don\'t want to return the product. I have paid huge amount for the television. Help. Having a terrible experience with Snapdeal.
