Consumer Redressal

I bought a HTC One (E8) mobile handset from HTC on 22nd August\' 2014. The device developed some internal display problem in the month of Sep\'14. When we took it to HTC service center in Gurgaon on 25th Sep, 14; they refused to repair it under warranty. Have been following up with HTC team since them on mails but as per them device can be repaired only paying Rs 7000/-. And it was informed that it will be considered as out of Warranty. But you did not submit. Please visit service center again, so that they can share the facts with me.
