I\'ve ordered Cross Click Classic Black Gel Ink Pen vide Order ID 3182873075 on 14/10/2014 at SanpDeal.com. Though the consignment has already been handed over to GoJavas on 16/10/2014, but unfortunately I\'m yet to receive to consignment (AWB NO.-UNISNPP126607. Also I would like to inform that I\'ve been mailing Snapdeal Customer Support Team since 21/10/2014. But, unfortunately I\'m yet to receive a proper feedback. Also, the GoJavas people is telling that my shipment is \"UNTRACEABLE\". At the time of placing the order I was informed that the estimated date of delivery was 23/10/2014. But, on 24/10/2014 I found that surprisingly the date has been changed to 29/10/2014 without any prior intimation to me!! I\'m yet to receive my consignment.
