I had ordered a Red Tap Formal shoes in Snapdeal.com on 16th Oct 2014, and it was to deliver me on or Before 24/Oct/2014. When i call up their customer care on 25th Oct 2014 they promise me to deliver with in 24hrs. the next day i get a apology mail from snapdeal telling the order is cancelled and the product is returning to their warehouse. when i call the customer care dept.they dont have any clear explanation for this.
I wanted the product on or before 28th Oct 2014 as I am leaving to Dubai on 29th Oct 2014. So right now Snapdeal cannot deliver the products with that date. I have no chose right now because with in such a short notice no other online store delivers the product. Snapdeal has put me in a deep deep trouble.
