Consumer Redressal

Hello, This mail is with regard to the online order which i booked with whaaky.com Order ID S80618076. I ordered a set of 3 cool casual shirts, which was really good in images shown on site. But what i have received is the worst used shirt well packed so that anybody cant notiice the quality. When the delivery was made i was not at home, and the courier boy inisisted my mom to pay the amount as it was COD order. So my mom paid the requested amount after that when i reached home it was not of that standard which i ordered. I tried calling the customer service number of whaaky i.e 09533495334, but they are not responding and again unnecessary my balance is being is wasted as this was a STD number. There is no toll free number for the site. Could you please help me out, as there may be lots of complaint against this site, i believe they should close the site if they cant deliver what they are expected to deliver.
