Consumer Redressal

Hi, I want to complain against www.shopclues.com. I ordered some items on 11th and 12th,October,2014 by debit card payment.They notified me that my items will arrive within 7 to 10 days of the order date,delivered by Bluedart.Some of the items have been delivered.But many of them are yet to arrive.Moreover they lost one of my items in transit and notified me about it.When I mailed them that I want my money back they sent me an url which on being clicked demanded my mail id and password registered with shopclues.com. On providing those the website displayed a message saying that the mail id and password combination is not correct,which is not true,and i could not proceed further to get my money back. The order number of the items yet to arrive are: 22636541,22639951,22775311,22775455. The order number of the untraceable item is:22636547. Please help me get my items and money back.
