I have a complaint against the courier company who has taken shipping charges from me but courier not yet delivered at destination moreover the companies are not taking any liability at all. They say that the courier is lost. Value of the material is Rs. 4100 and paid 1200 as shipping charges for international shipment. Have mailed many a times to them but no proper response from them. It is passed one month that courier is not delivered nor they are giving compensation of my lost courier. Pls. help and show the process to approach legally.
