I would like to draw your kind attention on my complaint regarding PF settlement with my previous organisation i.e (Access Infra Structure company Pvt. Ltd, Maloofa Complex, Channi Himmat, Jammu). Sir/Madam I joined the above said company in the month of February 2011 to October 2013 and my PF as per Labour Law was deducted from my salary on every month, however after leaving the said organisation I tried to withdraw my PF but my organisation started giving excuses and later I came to know that HR of our organisation had never sent my PF to PF office, I had been cheated with the said organisation and I want to register a complaint regarding the Access Infra Structure company Pvt. Ltd. I am hoping my Grievance will be heard by you on urgent bases, and no other employee of the said company had to face such an issue in future.
