Consumer Redressal

My son Master Vaibhav Singh was selected for admission in Nursery class in Ryan International School, Sector- 21B, Faridabad (Haryana) after conducting due test and interaction. Thereafter, they asked me to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- in favour of Mother India Education Society and Rs. 700/- Ryan International School which was accordingly deposited vide DD No. 881261 dated 04.11.2011 for Rs. 60,000/- and Cheque No. 831501 dated 04.11.2011 for Rs. 700/- drawn on Syndicate Bank, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi. On my requests, School authority has refund me a sum of Rs. 48500/- (48000/- + 500/-) so far after deducted a sum of Rs. 12200/-. As per school terms only Rs. 200/- was non refundable. In this connection, many repeated personal visit/requests/representations, the principal was called me at school and she assured me to resolve this matter, will talk with higher authority. Since, a long time has past but I have not received my balance amount of Rs. 12,000/-. Therefore, you are requested to take up matter with school authorities so as to enable refund my balance amount.
