Consumer Redressal

Sub: water purifying system,Zero B Eco RO We bought above unit No. 2125 vide order cum acknowledgement slip No. 2223 dated 24.3.14, from Ion Exchange, Kolkata. The machine is malfunctioning from the beginning and their service is extremely poor.About their poor services I wrote their MD on 17.4.14 itself. The machine is in warranty period and no servicing has been done yet.On 26.9.14 we booked a complaint No 438148959. In spite of our follow up on 12.10.14 till date no one attended the machine. Since it is the issue of drinking water and our health such poor service is not acceptable. Now we feel that with such services our drinking water problem will increase manifold in future. We immediately want refund of our money and demand suitable compensation for this harassment.
