Dear Sir,
I had booked a Flat in Sunder Heritage Building in 2011. Building is in Mira Road, Thane and the builder is Harshil Builders. The construction of the project is not yet started and it has been 4 years already. The builder is not ready to committ the commencement of the project work and timelines. Kindly suggest what is the way forward.
