I have purchased IFB senatro aqua sx (8kg) washing machine on 03-10-2014 with the invoice no DPV 8219 on the eve of Dushera at Yesmart, #47-10-33/1, Beside Fortune Sri Kanya Inn, Near Diamond park, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, 530016, Ph: 0891-6062777/6063777 and the delivery date was 03-10-2014. But till date (22-10-2014) we did not receive our product.So many times we phoned to the mart and we met with the manager there. But still we didn\'t get our product. Please help in this matter.
