My order no is OD300943362293372000. Tracking no WSRC2753100994.. I had ordered redmi 1s from flipkart which was to be delivered by 10th Oct which got delayed to 14th Oct... Nw wen m checking d tracker it\'s showing received at bhiwandi sort facility on 12th Oct at 6:29 pm..Wen I called up on the no provided by you on 14th dey said that they will look into it on priority basis.. N den I received the automated email saying that they will resolve the issue by 18th..of all d reasons d reason I got today for delay blew off ma mind...D executive said mam due to cyclone issues all orders got delayed... Rofl.. To bring it to ur notice,Firstly d product is in bhiwandi since 12th Oct n secondly ders no cyclone in bhiwandi I suppose..come up with better reasons Dan dis lame reasons...D ekart service also sucks....U r answerable to us as u r being paid for ur service... I m not paying u for dis delayed or pathetic service.Its 20th and i had been promised dat will get d product by today eve 7pm
