Consumer Redressal

i went to purchase a tv set from greateastern technocity saratbose road kolkata. the model i selected was make by Panasonic.it was advertised by the said vendor that on purchasing the said tv set you will get a travel bag free. after making the payment it was informed to me by the vendor that the said travel bag cannot be handed over now since it is unavailable. then after taking delivery of the tv set i was shocked to see after opening the pack that a broken tv set has been delivered to me. on informing this to the above named vendor they said that it cannot be replaced forthwith. this kind of behavior is unacceptable this is practicing fraud and cheating the consumer. i humbly request you to take stern action against the said vendor
