I had booked a refill for LPG on 12.10.14 with booking number 469193. My consumer number is CX784669. On 21.10.14 a delivery person came to my house and went back as i was not present. I am yet to receive an sms from Indane stating that my refill is ready to be delivered, as it is done after every booking. Within 2 hours I went to my gas dealer, Golf Green Gas Service and was told that my cylinder had been given to someone else as i was not present at my home. How is it that i did not receive the sms, then i would have made arrangements to receive the refill. How can a cylinder that was issued against my consumer number be delivered to someone else. Kindly look into the matter as this is harassment of consumer my the Indane Dealership.
