Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, I am being tortured by HDFC Bank Collection agents. And I wish to take action against such unprofessional ways of private banks. They have been very rude to me and my family and have been threatening and making innumerable calls. I have been very obliging in paying my minimum dues monthly. They have been charging huge interests and charges are being levied which we have been paying regularly in spite of financial difficulties. But the bank employees have not been cooperative and causing mental torture which is amounting to my performance going down at working, in turn causing me financial losses. My complaint against the bank is endless and I wish to take it forward by approaching the courts of law in a true civilian way. Thanks Tulasiram
