Consumer Redressal

I had purchased a Canon camera online from Snapdeal, It was updated in site that its next day delivery, I had brought this to gift my husband for our relation anniversary. As i dint receive it even after 2 days, I had called there customer care more than 50 times, but they dont pick the call, Then i had mailed them that i need the product immediately as our anniversary was in 2 day. They replied i would receive next day. Then even my anniversary passed, They sent me message stating my product has been dispatched, I again waited 2 day, Then i receive msg that there will be 2 days delay, Then later i received link of Red Express courier to track my delivery, Last update i saw “received in yelahanka office” After that no update for 10 days, Even they have a customer care no, Which is of no use, No one receives call I kept sending mail to Snapdeal and Red Express but dint receive reply. Its been 22 days now.. I am still awaiting.. I want to raise a complaint against both Snapdeal and Red Express..
