Hi, I purchased a gift combo from www.gifts-to-pune.com to be delivered at midnight to some friends in pune, they did not deliver fruit champagne worth Rs.1400, and are not answering my calls now, even blocked my contact both on their phones and on the site\'s chat services. Their headoffice address location is :272, Panch Maszid Road. Kolkata -700063. The services were being locally provided from Pune, the pune retailer\'s phone number is: 08087995895. Please help me get my money back from these people and compensation for the same.
