the pension of my mother was deposited by her employer basik shisha adhikari Agra in central bank favara branch agra. my mother died on 25-9-11 in vrindavan and we file a claim for the sum which is in the account and submitted affidavits indemnity bond and two securities and fulfill all the formalities which the branch manager required.the bank did nothing to pay the amount since four months.now after 4 months manager alleged to write a letter to treasury agra for N O C . are the NOC is mandatory after the 3 years after the death that the no excess payment was done or not.
