Hello,
I have account with the RBS Bank, IFSC code- ABNA0100330,
By Account No. - 142783.
Sub:- Deduction of the 3342/- by RBI bank for non-maintenance of miminum balance from account no. 1427843.
This is with refrence to above subject the Bank has deducted the above in 6 months, with any intimation and against the RBI directive.
With Reference to RBI circular RBI/2013-14/580
DBOD. Dir.BC.No. 109 /13.03.00/2013-14, dated 06-May-2014 , Banks are directed to not to dedut any amt for non-maintance of minimum balance.
When I register the complaint with bank today ,no.1375, dated 18-Oct-14, Bank executive said that do not follow the RBI guidlines and will not refund the full amount back to my account.
Need your support to close this issue.
