Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I have applied for a Home loan with HDFC Bank Ltd before purchasing and deciding the property which were duly sanctioned and sanctioned letter was also have with me but due to unavoidable cirmustances i could not found the property later almost after one year i have found the property and i have approached the bank for disbursement and also the legal done for HDFC Bank on 19.09.2014, but the same day bank has cancelled my previous sanctioned loan as a result i have to approach some other bank for home loan and availed the same for this i asked bank to refund my processing fees paid for Rs 9554 against the actual processing fees payable Rs 8992, but bank refused to pay by saying that it is time bard whereas in sanctioned letter offer was available if i had paid the fees, which were paid already moreover the loan was cancelled after i submit the document for disbursement. i request to kindly take action and ask the bank to refund the fees since loan is not disbursed. thanks
