On 06 Oct I placed an online order on EUREKAFORBES website for Aquaguard classic with full payment through ICICI bank credit card but the item didn\'t delivered. I contact to customer care helpline of EUREKAFORBES to know my order status. But they didn\'t provide me any tracking details. My order detail is as follows.transaction id is 7001045331142790, Authorization Code is 414582
Customer ID is 8000012230.
I also sent email to euekaforbes but they didn\'t reply. I also visited their divisional office at Ajoy Nagar, Kolkata, they also failed to provide any information. I lodge a number of complaint to their customer care but nothing happen. Even till now nobody contact me.
I request you to take necessary action against eurekaforbes.
