My self Indira Tripathy ordered a saree from Paytm.com(contact no.9999391234 and email id care@paytm.com) and paid the full amount through online transaction on 09.10.2014 . At the same time i got a email from them mentioning that order will be dispatched on 13. 10.2014 and will be delivered on 17.10.2014 but if i am checking order status no dispatch details is there.I am calling to their costumer service so many times to know about my order status but all the time busy is coming out.I have mailed them twice also but no response from their side.Kindly help sir.
