Hi, I paid a refundable booking amount of Rs 1 lakh to a real estate developer by name VRP developers www.vrpdevelopers.com in Bangalore in order to get the land documents for legal verification. But based on the lawyer feedback, I decided not to go further. The developer promised to refund the booking amount and even gave a cheque. But the cheque bounced and now after repeated follow up, he is not refunding the amount. It\'s one year now and still waiting for my money. Need help in getting back the same.
