Consumer Redressal

I am being unnecessarily harassed by Vodafone Delhi.My cell number is 9711688258.I had taken up a plan of Rs 149 plan on 9th September,2014 and I got confirmation message on the same on 9th September,2014 . I was specifically told that all India roaming will be free for INCOMING CALLS and Rs 100 will be present for outgoing calls.However, I have been charged for all my incoming calls which is absolutely wrong. I have pointed in my last bill of September,2014 but Vodafone as they are ,never cared. Even in my current bill of October, I have been wrongly charged through out. Vodafone customer service is pathetic -The customer care people do not talk properly, talk in a very rude , unprofessional,abusive way. They write in their tag lines that \'Happy to help\' . But in the real sense, they are \'Happy to Harass\'. I have written to the nodal officer and appellate authority - Neha. As usual and as expected, they have not resolved the issue and wasted my time by writing irrelevant emails.
