I have ordered 1 set of molly kurtis (3 pic) from home shop 18. They deliver the products on 27 sept 2014. Out of 3 kurtis one kurti is diffrent, I order yello kutri and dey send me another. At the same time I complaint in customer care ( complaint no. 113424213) on 27 sept 2014. they asked me to wait for 48 hours, their courier person will come and collect the product. Till todat 15 oct 2014 no one come to collect the product. I am calling every day for status they are asking me to wait by tommoro. But their tommoro never comes. Every time new person ask me to wait atleast 48 hours to 5 days. I am help less. Plz help me for the same. Already 18 days are passed.
