Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied fro Transfer of my PF from RPFC Delhi PF A/c DL/16882/906 to RFPC, Noida SRNOI/44457/181 for which I got a confirmation though SMS from RPFC, Noida on 08.04.2011.
The transfer completed on end of May 2012. I have not been paid any interest for 14 months even though delay transfer is due time taken by EPFO to process my request.
I have filed several RTI with RPFC, Delhi and Noida and every one claim they are not a fault.
Also RPFC, Delhi credited on of my PF transfer from previous employer in Mar 2014 where as NTPC actually transferred my PF accumulation in 2004.
Due to above 2 cases related to RPFC delhi and RPFC Noida, I have incurred a loss of Approximately Rs 50000/- in terms of interest.
How should I proceed with my Case ?
Should I approved Consumer forum at Delhi ?
